What does IBS stand for? I Be Servin'. Obviously.
How does sizing run? The crewnecks and sweatpants are classic unisex fits — true to size for a relaxed fit, size up if you want it oversized and date-adjacent. The embroidered polos are a standard unisex polo fit. When in doubt, the cat says size up; the cat is never wrong about comfort.
Why isn't my order here yet? Everything is made to order: production takes about 2–5 business days, then it ships and tracking hits your inbox. Full details on the Shipping policy page.
Are the product photos real? They're digital mockups of the real designs. The ideas, lines, and drawings are ours; the finished piece is produced for real before anything ships. Transparency is the whole brand.
Something arrived wrong? Defective, damaged, or not what you ordered — email a photo to gigglysquadthirdwheel@gmail.com within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you. See the Refund policy page for the fine print (it's not that fine).
Who is Butter? HR. She's a cat. She supervises every order and has never once sided with the house.
