Shipping policy

Everything here is made to order. Your piece is printed or embroidered after you check out — production takes about 2–5 business days before it ships. Yes, this means it is not already sitting in a warehouse. It is being made, for you, like a serve.

Transit times (after production): roughly 3–5 business days within the US, 5–10 to Canada, and longer for the rest of the world. Tracking lands in your inbox the moment your order ships.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on where it's going. If your order is running late, check the tracking first, then email gigglysquadthirdwheel@gmail.com — a human (and a cat) will look into it.

Cat supervision is a quality-control measure, not a logistics strategy. Delays happen; we'll always tell you the truth about them.
