Refund policy

The short version: if we messed it up, we fix it. If you changed your mind, we probably can't — everything is made to order, just for you.

Defective, damaged, or wrong item? That's on us, always. Email a photo to gigglysquadthirdwheel@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your pick. No return shipping, no forms in triplicate, no interrogation.

Wrong size? Because each piece is printed or stitched when you order it, we can't accept returns for sizing or change of mind — there's no stockroom, just a cat supervising a print queue. That said, email us anyway. If we can make it right, we will.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Replacements ship free. Butter (HR) reviews every case personally and has never once sided with the house.
