Who we are: UNHINGED & UNCOUTH is an independent, unofficial fan-art shop. "Official off-brand merch" is the whole bit — we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or employed by any podcast, network, or celebrity. (Yet.)

The goods: every item is made to order by our print-on-demand partners when you buy it. Product photos are digital mockups of the real design; the finished piece is produced for real before anything ships. Prices are in USD and may change; obvious pricing errors may be corrected or the order cancelled with a full refund.

The art: the ideas, lines, and drawings in this shop belong to the shop. Don't reproduce them for sale. Parody is a defense, not a business model — ours, anyway.

Liability: to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price of the item you bought. Nothing in these terms limits your consumer rights where you live.
